You could offer people a break from grueling traffic jams – and curb global warming and air pollution – by selling or renting regular and electric bikes and scooters that don’t pollute the environment, and save on the cost of petrol.
Green Goes Global
Businesses the world over are coming up with creative ideas to clean up, while making a decent profit. This trend, according to the National Retail Federation, represents “one of the most significant shifts in consumer attitudes in this country’s history.”
The number of clean-energy jobs has grown significantly over the past decade – a trend that has not been slowed by the worldwide recession.
To date, the green businesses are small concerns, but as consumer demand grows, the industry is set to expand. More consumers are recognizing the importance of green products and expecting retailers to be eco-aware.
Being a green business-owner also gives you more independence and makes you less vulnerable to the massive layoffs.

Interesting article indeed. I have a small question. I have a range of green products that are patented in over a 100 countries. However getting funding for me to expand these for mass production has been super difficult. I have injected over R20 million into the business and getting over the line is proving to be difficult. May you please suggest a few funding organisations even if it’s government to try and push these products.
