Creating a Mobile Version for your Blog

Have you thought of creating a mobile version of your blog seeing that mobile websites are starting to take off and people are viewing mobile sites through their mobile devices like the Apple iPhone and Motorola Driod. There is even a new online revenue stream that can be implemented to make money through mobile websites.
2008 was the first time that the total number of mobile web users grew past the total number of desktop computer based internet users. The Mobile Web refers to browser-based access to the Internet or web applications using a mobile device connected to a wireless network or 3G network.
About 2 years ago I began researching ways of creating a mobile website for my Earn Money Online Blog but found very little resources on the topic until recently I came across a very useful blog post that pointed me to some very useful resources on how to get started with creating your very own mobile site. Here is a toolkit of mobile resources for the designer and non-designer alike to get you started.

- MoFuse for blogs is a free service and has a plugin that you can install on your independent WordPress Blogging platform. Quick mobilization of your mobile blogging site, your blog RSS feed is used for your mobile site formation.
- MoFuse Premium is for serious business owners who want a more professional looking mobile site and more functionality.
- Some other free mobile website creation tools include: Mippin and MobiSiteGalore.
- Some useful Mobile WordPress plugins include the following: WPTouch, Wordpress Mobile Edition.
- If you are a designer and looking for some mobile design tools here are some: Mobify, iPhoney and iWebKit
- If you are looking at coding your mobile site from scratch then Dev.Opera.com has what standard web Markup language you need to follow in order to produce a proper mobile website.
Monetize your Mobile Website with Mobile Adsense Units
